MEET THE OWNER
Sarah, born and raised in Andrews, found a love for kickboxing while she lived in California for over three years. She is a full-time teacher, who loves to workout and train kickboxing.

While living in the Bay Area she was introduced, trained everyday and became passionate about fitness and kickboxing. She strongly believes that kickboxing is one of the best workouts that exists. Sarah is devoted to helping others achieve their fitness goals and finding their own excitement in health and fitness.
KICKBOXING CLASSES & GYM
We have gym equipment available for all of our members. You can use any of the equipment before a class, during a class or after class.
